We have production facilities that allow us to fully prepare for production, starting from the design stage to the manufacture of tooling in our own toolroom and production service.
Application of decorative and anticorrosive galvanic coatings
We provide a wide range of galvanic services, including plating with the following coatings: nickel, chrome, copper, brass, patina, nickel-free, lead-free and bronze.
Upon customer request, the parts undergo surface treatment before plating using dry drums, vibratory equipment with fittings and liquids and grinding equipment.The Company’s laboratory continually monitors and controls the galvanic process.
We have a stamping shop equipped with automatic presses, feeders for large-scale production, and single-action presses for individual technological operations. We process steel and non-ferrous metal strips up to 4 mm thick. Thanks to automatic feeders, the presses ensure high efficiency and production quality. We process steel wires up to Ø 6 mm on forging machines and WAFIOS automatic spring machines.Our in-house tool shop guarantees continuous supervision of the technical condition of production tools and process parameters. In the steel forming department, we produce a variety of elements for the access hardware industry, electrical engineering, lock components, etc.
Plastic processing and metal welding
We manufacture small plastic parts to meet various technical requirements. We process plastics from the standard group – copolymers of polypropylene and styrene, and as specialized plastics from the group of polyacetals, carbonates, and polyamides.
Our facilities include injection molding machines with a clamping force of up to 160 tons, featuring a horizontal (HH) clamping and plasticizing system.We also have spot and projection welders for metal and injection molding machines, which allow us to combine metal and plastic technologies in our products.
