1977
Przedsiębiorstwo Polonijno-Zagraniczne ALPHA, one of the first foreign-owned companies in Poland, establishes its operations.
We take off with zipper production. Simultaneously, we develop the TOOLROOM to expand zipper production and boost sales. Here, we build strategic equipment such as injection molding machines for zamak alloys and plastics, as well as assembly machines.
1978
We start processing plastics.
1979
We set up a zinc alloy (zamak) foundry, initially for internal Company needs.
1981
An important date – Alpha Technology enters Western European markets with the production of zinc alloy castings for the construction industry, thereby securing a leading supply position for many years because of their high quality. This achievement is credited to the management team’s capabilities and the company owners’ long-term investment policy.
1990
We start to cooperate with Kärcher to manufacture and assemble cleaning machines.
Rok 2000
We begin manufacturing plastic injection-molded parts for the automotive industry.
2002
Our Company obtains ISO 2001-9000 quality certification.
2003
We set our sights on developing new technologies that increase our competitive edge. We introduce a new technology for laser cutting and metal bending.
2005
We construct the modern Plastics Processing Plant in Dobczyce.
2006
We start the production of blown parts for the automotive industry at the Plastics Plant in Dobczyce.
We are ISO/TS 16949 certified.
2007
We expand and commission a new warehouse and additional production space in Dobczyce.
We are ISO 14000 certified.
Following the ISO TS certification, we pursue environmental certification for the Dobczyce plant. After implementing a strategy for responsible environmental operation, the Plastics Processing Plant obtains ISO 14001:2004 – EMAS certification.
2008
We begin producing gas-assisted injection components for the automotive sector in Dobczyce.
2010
We build external raw material silos and a central pellet drying and distribution system in Dobczyce.
2011
Alpha Technology increases its technological and production potential by acquiring the NOWOZNAL Non-Ferrous Pressure Die Casting Plant and the ARTCO Plastic and Galvanic Processing Plant.
We expand the Dobczyce plant – new production and storage halls, doubling the plant’s area.
2012
We launch a Design and Development Department in Dobczyce.
We enlarge and modernize the Plastics Processing Plant, and a second production hall is put into operation.
Rok 2013
We begin supplying automotive products as a T1 supplier of injection-molded parts and assemblies, including assembly decoration with electronics and electrical engineering, at the Plastics Processing Plant in Dobczyce.
2014
We relocate the NOWOZNAL Non-Ferrous Pressure Die Casting Plant to a modern hall built in the Niepołomice Investment Zone.
A modern plant boiler room in Herby, powered by natural gas, replaces an outdated heating system fired by coal dust.
The plastic and Galvanic Processing Plant in Herby obtains ISO 9001:2008 quality certification. We move the Industrial Machinery Work to a new facility in the Eko-Park economic zone in Mielec.
2014 / 2015
We move to a newly built production facility in Niepołomice with a production and storage area of 4,500 m².
2016
We build a laboratory equipped with a tomograph, 3D measuring machine, microscope and spectrometer at the Non-Ferrous Pressure Die Casting Plant in Niepołomice.
The Non-Ferrous Pressure Die Casting Plant in Niepołomice obtains a certificate of compliance with ISO/TS 16949 (now IATF 16949:2016).
We invest in new machinery and technology at the Industrial Machinery Work in Mielec, which is a powder coating plant and welding robot.
2017
Production of aluminum alloy die castings in Niepołomice starts.
We start a new hanger machine for decorative Cu/Ni/Cr electroplating in Herby.
We begin the production of plastic parts with gasketing (PU seals) at the Plastics Processing Plant in Dobczyce.
2018
We obtain the ISO 9001:2015 quality certificate.
We expand the production hall in Niepołomice by two aisles, increasing the current production and storage area to 7,600 m².
We also revitalize the production hall and warehouses in the Special Economic Zone “EURO-PARK MIELEC.”
2020
We invest in new pipe and profile cutting laser machines at the Industrial Machinery Work in Mielec.
We obtain the first TISAX certificate for the plant in Dobczyce.
2021
Installation of a renewable energy source. The first photovoltaic installation, with a capacity of 49 kW, is installed on the roof of our Herby Plant.
2022
We install additional photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 49.14 kWp each at the Industrial Machinery Work in Mielec and the Zip Fasteners Processing Palnt in Kraków.
We commission a photovoltaic installation in the Dobczyce Plant.
2023
We thorougly modernize the Company’s wastewater treatment plant at the Plastic and Galvanic Processing Plant in Herby.
We expand the production hall and warehouses at the Mielec Plant, which is also upgraded with a fully automated welding robot.
We install two more photovoltaic systems, each with a capacity of 49.14 kWp, at the Plastics Processing Plant in Dobczyce and the Nowoznal Plant in Niepołomice. The total installed capacity of renewable energy installations is now 245.31 kWp.
The annual energy production from these installations by ALPHA TECHNOLOGY will reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 208 tons per year.
