Metal forming

We are capable of processing materials such as strips (0.3-3 mm in thickness) and wires (0.3-6 mm in thickness) manufactured from brass, copper, steel, stainless steel, and acid-resistant steel.
- Strip processing methods include cutting on progressive punches, stamping, bending, and riveting.
- Wire processing methods involve forming wire fed from coils weighing up to 200 kg. After passing through the appropriate sets of straightening rollers, wires are automatically subjected to bending, forging, and cutting processes. Additionally, we utilize this method to manufacture springs.
