Pressure die casting of non ferrous metals
Our technology involves pressure die casting and machining of zinc alloy and aluminum (zamak) parts.
Pressure casting of zinc alloys
We use hot-chamber injection molding machines with a short-circuited force ranging from 20 to 200 tons for the casting process. Additionally, we utilize an extensive vibratory grinding nest (Rösler equipment).
Our technology allows us to:
• drill
• tap
• grind,
• polish
• and assemble
all parts we produce.
Moreover, we collaborate with plating contractors for galvanization, chrome plating, nickel plating, varnishing, and other treatments.
We manufacture a full range of ZL410 and ZL430 zinc alloy die castings with weights ranging from 1 to 1,200 grams, along with casting machining services such as:
• vibratory grinding
• shot blasting
• threading
• drilling
• assembly
and providing protective coatings in cooperation with approved suppliers:
• galvanizing
• varnishing
• chrome plating
• nickel plating
• other coatings according to client requirements.
Pressure casting of aluminum alloys
We manufacture a full range of pressure castings from aluminum alloys, with weights ranging from 70 to 2000 grams, including the following machining:
• vibratory grinding
• shot blasting
• threading
• drilling
• assembly
and providing protective coatings and operations in cooperation with approved suppliers:
• CNC machining
• cataphoretic dip painting
• powder coating.
